For the past 23 years, Lydia has worked as a Network Center Specialist in the telecom industry, where she supports teams and leadership by identifying, isolating, and troubleshooting procedural threats to maintain operational reliability for customers.

Her excellent communication and administrative leadership skills allow her to excel in serving as a liaison between agencies and buyers; while coordinating transactions from listing to closing.

Lydia was able to leverage her skills to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she collaborates with real estate professionals to drive productivity and enhance focus on their core competencies while implementing solutions to simplify operational complexities.

Her advanced technological skills and knowledge of process implementation enable her to simplify complex frameworks, ensuring that all contract deadlines are met on time and in compliance.
